How do I know what size jacket I need?

• Our representative will have jacket sizers available during in-school order days to help with sizing. Keep in mind that jackets are usually worn over bulkier cold weather clothing so make sure to accommodate for this when determining size. If you are in between measurements, we suggest sizing up. Letter jackets are designed for a looser fit.

 

What is included with my jacket?

• The base jacket includes the jacket with the letter sewn on the front. Numerous customization options are available allowing you to tailor your jacket to your unique style. (A few select schools have a required jacket configuration that must be adhered to.)

 

What can I add to my jacket?

• Embroidery and patches can be added to personalize your jacket and showcase your achievements. A digital catalog of available patches and add-on can be found on our letter jacket website.

 

Can I order my jacket in a tall or short length?

• Yes, we offer alterations to body and sleeve length. You may add or remove up to 6 inches in increments of 2 inches.

 

What color combinations are available?

• Each school chooses the jacket color combinations they would like available for purchase. Please see our website or one of our representatives for information on colors offered for your school.

 

How do I place an order for my jacket?

• Orders may be placed online anytime, or you may place your order in person with a representative during in-school order days. Orders placed online must be paid in full. Orders placed in school can be ordered with a deposit. The balance must be paid before your jacket can be delivered. Additionally, all balances, including letter jacket balances, must be paid in full before a student can receive their cap and gown their senior year.

 

How do I make a change to my order? How do I cancel my order?

• Changes or cancellations must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of placing the order. No changes are allowed after 72 hours.

 

Do I send my school awarded letter to be sewn on my jacket?

• No, your jacket will come with the letter sewn on. You can keep your school awarded letter for display or memorabilia.

 

How long will it take to get my jacket?

• Jackets are custom made and take approximately 8-10 weeks to produce once submitted to the factory. You will be notified when your jacket comes in.

 

How do I care for my jacket?

• Letter jackets are dry clean only. For leather sleeves, we suggest a dry cleaner that specializes in leather cleaning for added attention and care.
